The actress was spotted lifting up a giant tractor tyre during a gruelling outdoor work-out in Miami yesterday.

Wearing black leggings and a purple and black sports tank top, the blonde showed off well defined arm muscles as she pulled up the huge rubber ring.
The pair worked on their abs in tandem during the hour long work out, which took place at a American football field.
The were both seen holding the side plank position, however the New York Yankee slugger gave up well before his super-fit actress girlfriend and collapsed onto the grass.
The couple then played tug-of-war with an great length of thick rope.
Alex, 35, appeared to tire much quicker than the Charlie's Angels star, who has always kept herself in amazing shape with regular workouts and a love of outdoor activities like surfing, hiking and paddleboarding.

Just the day before the couple, who began dating in April last year, were spotted house hunting together in the Sunset Island area of Miami, Florida.
They are said to have looked around the 5,000 sq ft, waterfront mansion, which boasts a large pool, six bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The couple have been spending an increasing amount of time together in the Floridian city where A-Rod already owns a home in the famous Star Island community.
Cameron owns a home in the Hollywood Hills.
