“Stained” napkins
“These are made by digitally stitching onto sets of vintage napkins, which show the wear and tear of use and age. The stitching is a re-creation of the image of a stain to resonate with the existing stains and marks on the napkins and to ‘mend’ what would otherwise be discarded, by acknowledging the flaws in a decorative way.”
